At the moment you can buy Hand Operated Lever Hoists LHM104 MINI with capacity of ¼ & ½ tons to perform any tasks.
The conclusive advantages of the Hand Operated Lever Hoist HITCH LHM104 MINI, thanks to its aluminum housing, are its compact size, light weight (LHM104-1 / 4 ton and weighs 4-3 / 4 lb, LHM104-1 / 2 ton and weighs 5-1 / 2 lb, LHM104- 3/4 ton and weighs 7-1 / 2 lb, LHM104-1- 1 / 2 ton and weighs 13-13 / 16 lb, with a standard lifting height of 5 feet). The LHM104-1 / 4 ton and LHM104-1 / 2 ton models can be supplied with a handy belt bag for their hoist. This operator tool is always at hand, making the use of work time more efficient.
Its small caliber (diameter) and its load chain allows for load movement with high accuracy. For each click of the lever, the mechanism moves smoothly about 1/16 inches.
Each Hitch product is accompanied with a unique serial number and mechanical class marking that allows you quickly and accurately determine the characteristics and the type of equipment.
To simplify the determination of modes of loading, the manufacturer has developed technology for marking mechanical Hitch class. Belonging to a specific mechanical class indicated by the color. The equipment used in the industry to operate in conditions of high and medium loads, colored in black and complies with M4-M5 class. The equipment used in the industry to operate in conditions of medium and low loads, painted in green and corresponds to M2 class.
Class of use of the mechanism is determined by the expected total duration of operation, calculated in hours, as well as the nominal classes, shown in Table 1:
Class of use of mechanisms
|Class of use||Total duration of testing, hours||Note|
|Т4||3200||Regular usage in light conditions|
|Т5||6 300||Regular usage with interruptions|
|Т6||12 500||Regular intensive usage|
|Т7||25 000||Intensive usage|
Load Mode determines the relative duration of work of equipment in the conditions of maximum or reduced load. Table 2 shows the nominal loading modes. The nominal value of the load factor for the equipment also determined in the Table 2 (significant is the actual value that is closest to the nominal ratio).
Nominal load distribution coefficients of mechanisms Km
|Loading mode||Nominal load distribution coefficient Km||Note|
|L1-Light||0.125||Equipment is regularly operated under small loads, under the largest loads - rarely|
|L2- Normal||0.25||Equipment is regularly operated under moderate loads, under the largest loads - quite often|
|L3-Heavy||0.50||Equipment is regularly operated under high loads, under the largest loads - often|
|L4-Severe||1.00||Equipment is regularly operated under the largest loads|
By installing the class of use and loading mode according to Table 3, determine the classification of a group of equipment.

The design of hooks made of alloy steel, was designed by Hitch. The peculiarity of this important element of the hoist is that when excessive load hook is not destroyed, and gradually stretched, pointing to overweight, and provides added security during lifting. The operator can promptly react to the situation and prevent an accident.
It is known that the use of equipment with a hook, which is damaged or broken safety latch, is prohibited. Therefore, Hitch company specially developed cast steel thick-walled safety latches and fixes them at the base in order to increase safety. The notch on the end of the latch and on the end of the hook is engineered to engage the tip of the hook to protect against lateral impact damage.
Top and bottom hooks are fitted with a wide throat, which makes it easy to fix the load. The hooks can be rotated 360 degrees for quick and easy operation.
The chain galvanized calibrated, tested in the USA by Hitchlifting Inc., meets the requirements of class G80 chain strength. Provides safety and a long service life of the hoist. Galvanized load chain has several advantages:
- corrosion resistance for aggressive operating environments
- service life is much higher than a normal chain G80
- greater purity of the chain and all the hoist mechanism
This model is characterized by the letter «G»-Galvanic in Hitch model's row.
The standard mechanism of "free-wheel mode" chain is suitable for the rapid attachment of the load and chain runs through the hoist in both directions.
Heat treated bearing plates provide high rigidity needed to maintain the shape of the housing and the effective operation of equipment, regardless of the load on the hoist. The process of heat treatment also prevents abrasion material in contact time of loaded chains with side plates.
The brake system double-pawls has been designed to provide additional security and reliability. An additional and important safety factor is the protection function when in freewheel mode. If the load begins to abruptly fall, the hoist brake is triggered instantly and securely.
Due to the short lever length of 63 inches, the operator can work in confined spaces, and at high-altitude, where standard equipment is not usually available.
Full handle rotation of 360 degrees allows the operator to use the most convenient grip of the hoist for maximum range of motion and, as a consequence, increase the efficiency of working with the hoist. On the short lever with ribs attached rubber handle that provides a comfortable grip under any climatic conditions.
The advanced reducer system (with 5 transmissions in its gearbox) provides a slight force on the lever of only 26-53 lbs at a rated load. To ensure its durability, all of the main parts and gears have been made from alloy steel and heat treated.
Our equipment is completed with nuts with nylon inserts that prevent the spontaneous loosening and allow mechanics to quickly dismantle it for inspection and a simple repair.
